e-KILIMO
e-Kilimo is a digital system coordinated by the Ministry of Agriculture to enhance the delivery of quality services to farmers and agricultural stakeholders. The system integrates various modules that focus on different service areas. Through e-Kilimo, farmers can access services quickly, obtain accurate information, and benefit from opportunities to increase productivity.

CALL CENTRE SYSTEM
The Call Centre is a system that enables farmers and other agricultural stakeholders to make phone calls and ask questions about various services provided by the Ministry of Agriculture. Through this system, citizens receive instant answers or professional guidance from the relevant officers.
The system is managed by the Ministry’s Communication Unit and serves as a vital link between the Government and agricultural stakeholders at the grassroots level.

HELPDESK SYSTEM
The Helpdesk System is a modern platform that enables users of all ICT systems under the Ministry of Agriculture to report challenges they encounter. The system records and manages all reported issues, tracks how they are received, and documents the actions taken until resolution.
Through this system, the ICT Unit gains access to valuable data for assessing system performance and identifying areas that require improvement.
