On weekly basis, the National average wholesale prices for sorghum and round potatoes increased by 1 percent respectively. While prices for maize and beans remained constant and price of rice decrease by 1 percent.
Horticulture: National average retail prices of different markets in the country for horticultural crops changed at different rates. Price for pineapple and onion increased by 1 percent. while prices for water melon, green pepper and cucumber decreased by 5, 3 and 2 percent respectively
